Most of Eco Cutlery’s eco-friendly products are natural and collected after fallen from the tree. There may be slight natural variation in color, size, texture. Please understand these are not considered flaws or defects.

Returns

We have a period of 2 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, please note the following points –

• Your item must be unused. It must be in the same condition received by you.
• Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Without pause and cut, – Full Video from Start to End No Complaints will be entertained without the Parcel Opening Video.
  
• If you are returning bulk wholesale items:
  • Please pack cases into an outer shipping box.
  • Please do not place shipping labels directly onto returned cases of bulk items.
  • Please note we can only accept returns of full, unopened cases of bulk items.
• If you are returning other non-wholesale purchase items:
  • Packaging must be unopened. We are not able to accept returns of opened items (e.g., opened palm leaf plates or bowls).

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
